Advanced solutions ensure maximum efficiency and environmental friendliness in scale free water treatment.
How it works 1
Limescale removal
Water (H2O) changes state between H3O+, OH–, and back to H2O(normally in femtoseconds).
DHTECO devices maintain the state of local hydronium ions for up to one hour, thereby dissolving limescale deposits.
How it works 2
Limescale prevention
Lime dissolved in water is present in the form of Ca bicarbonate and is deposited as Ca carbonate on the surfaces in the form of hard/solid lime crystals.
DHTECO devices influence the Ca carbonate structure so that soft needle-shaped lime crystals form. These are automatically removed from the surfaces with the kinetic energy of the water flow.
Limescale structural change
The left picture shows calcium carbonate crystals without using the DHTECO device, the right picture with the DHTECO device. A clear reduction in the size of the crystals can be seen. This makes the limescale crystals soft and removable and no limescale deposits form.
By using the DHTECO device, the limescale does not adhere to the surface even at high temperatures and high pressure losses.
